Credit and Collections Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the collection of accounts receivable
• Analyze client solvency and evaluate financial risks
• Implement and evolve credit scoring models
• Supervise deposits, collections, and client refunds
• Manage credit line requests and follow-ups
• Define, update, and enforce credit policies
• Improve processes and procedures related to accounts receivable management

Requirements

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or administration
• 5+ years of experience in a similar credit and collections role
• Functional or bilingual English proficiency (written and oral)
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Proficiency with IT tools and financial processes related to accounts receivable
