Credit and Collections Intern

Responsibilities

• Map and document the current accounts receivable process for US clients, identifying critical points in the cycle.
• Analyze portfolio data and payment behavior to detect opportunities for cash flow improvement.
• Support reconciliations and invoice follow-ups as part of the learning process.
• Document dispute cases (short pays, deductions) and recurring patterns to propose standardization.
• Design process improvement proposals aimed at reducing overdue accounts.
• Build reports and metrics, such as DSO, to track the impact of proposed improvements.

Requirements

• Student in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Graduation date in June 2027 or later.
• Intermediate-advanced English (essential for interacting with US clients).
• Availability to work 4 hours daily.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and effective communication skills.
