Credit and Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately complex financial analysis to support specific business units and key decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis to determine trends, observe relationships, and develop ratios for forecast models.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc financial reports for management, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards, corporate policies, and the integrity of internal and external reporting.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to fulfill financial analysis objectives.
• Develop conclusions and written recommendations through proactive research and data analysis.

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, or accounting.
• Expertise in Credit Collection and Order to Cash processes.
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable and financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, data analysis, and financial statements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
• Experience with SAP applications.
• Proficiency in variance analysis and P&L management.
