Credit and Collections Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform complex financial analysis for specific business units to identify issues and recommend solutions
• Conduct comprehensive analytics to support key business initiatives and decision-making
• Drive the forecasting process (weekly, monthly, and long-term) by analyzing business trends
• Establish and maintain relationships with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decisions
• Support policy and process enhancement to improve organizational efficiency and growth
• Provide counsel in areas of budgeting, planning, controls, and return on investment (ROI)
• Lead moderate to high complexity projects and deliver professionally written reports
• Mentor and provide guidance to lower-level roles to enhance organizational performance

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• 10-15 years of professional work experience
• Proven experience in financial management, internal audit, or accounting
• Strong knowledge of Credit Collection and Order to Cash (O2C) processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
• Proficiency in SAP Applications
• Advanced skills in financial modeling and data analysis
