Credit and Collection Supervisor Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Train and develop commission-based promoters to improve sales and weekly collections
• Supervise and coordinate commercial activities in the field
• Accompany and support direct collection management
• Meet weekly credit placement and recovery goals
• Recruit and select a team of commission-based credit promoters for field work

Requirements

• Experience as a Supervisor, Coordinator, or Manager of field sales and collections
• Experience in the financial sector, individual credits, or business credits
• Ability to manage teams of commission-based promoters
• Client prospecting and home collection management
• Own vehicle and valid driver's license (indispensable)
• Excellent management of field work tools
