Credit Analyst - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Perform fundamental credit risk analysis for developers, property companies, and real estate investment funds
• Analyze residential and commercial projects including logistics warehouses, corporate offices, and hotels
• Prepare credit materials, projections, and presentations for the executive committee
• Support operation monitoring and technical reporting for decision-making
• Interact with business areas such as IB, Commercial, Structuring, and Funds

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Administration, Engineering, Accounting, or Law
• Solid analytical capacity and mastery of financial statement analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate sector credit analysis
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Programming and database knowledge (Python, VBA, SQL)
• CFA Certification (Levels I, II, or III)
