Credit Analyst LATAM

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage credit risk for the assigned customer portfolio in Latin America
• Perform credit analysis by reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and market information to make informed decisions
• Monitor credit exposure and proactively identify potential risks or deterioration in customer financial standing
• Recommend adjustments to credit limits, account blocks, or risk mitigation measures
• Utilize SAP and other credit management tools to monitor blocked orders and risk indicators
• Support commercial initiatives by providing structured credit solutions for new customers and expansions
• Collaborate with Sales, Collections, Customer Service, and Finance teams to balance risk control with business growth objectives
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and procedures across LATAM markets

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Credit Analysis, Risk Management, or Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Strong knowledge of Latin American markets and regional credit practices
• Proficiency with SAP credit management systems
• Solid skills in financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment
• Experience working with multinational clients, retailers, distributors, and wholesalers
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with Excel being indispensable
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI
