Credit Advisor

Responsibilities

• Offer customers the benefits of department store and Visa credit cards to facilitate purchases
• Promote and place financial products within the credit area or on the sales floor
• Provide high-quality service to satisfy customer needs
• File and manage credit files and documentation generated by the department
• Ensure compliance with credit procedures and policies established by the Financial Business and Credit Directorate
• Maintain the corporate image of the Credit and Financial Services area through workspace organization and cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria Terminada)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with customers
• 1 year of experience in the credit industry is preferred
