About the role

Responsibilities

  • Follow up on timely payments and resolve customer queries to facilitate collections
  • Manage a challenging workload while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
  • Build customer relationships and assess financial strength to evaluate credit limits
  • Assess credit exposure to support decision-making on new business opportunities

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit management
