About the role
Responsibilities
- Issue statements and invoices to clients following established guidelines and procedures
- Reconcile accounts and escalate unresolved disputes to the credit manager
- Follow up on timely payments and resolve customer queries to facilitate collections
- Manage a challenging workload while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Build customer relationships and assess financial strength to evaluate credit limits
- Assess credit exposure to support decision-making on new business opportunities
Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in credit management
- University degree in finance, economics, or accounting
- Strong understanding of the UAE credit environment and legal framework
- Proven ability to assess and evaluate financial statements
