Responsibilities

• Provide training and resources to ensure creators maximize content impact and monetization
• Act as a creator advocate by collaborating with marketing, product, and support teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key creators as a trusted advisor
• Gather creator feedback to inform product development and improve user experience
• Drive revenue growth by increasing adoption of subscription models, merch, and AI tech
• Identify, pitch, and negotiate new business opportunities and product solutions
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for creator acquisition
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to hit targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing leadership
• Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) in daily workflows
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to derive insights from data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking with success in executing growth strategies
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, tech-forward environment
• Genuine passion for the creator economy

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau or SQL
