Creator Relations Manager

Responsibilities

• Source potential content creators and influencers across gaming, technology, lifestyle, and entertainment verticals
• Develop and execute negotiation strategies for partnerships to ensure competitive pricing
• Manage end-to-end processes including sourcing, drafting proposals, and finalizing agreements
• Communicate client value propositions to agencies and creators through presentations
• Maintain a living database of talent for procurement and growth monitoring
• Identify social media trends and cultural moments to leverage for client partnerships
• Support influencer strategies for proposals and pitches

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Business Development, or sales
• Experience in creator cultivation and client-facing roles
• Ability to develop and deliver compelling decks and presentations
• Knowledge of social media metrics including CPM, CPV, CTR, and Conversion Rate
• Established networks with creators and talent agencies
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HubSpot, Monday, Creator Discovery Tools, Kantata, TikTok Creator Marketplace, or PandaDoc
