Donut Studios is an in-house creative studio at New Engen, purpose-built to craft high-performing, platform-native, and digital content for ambitious brands. We are a collaborative group of strategists, creators, and designers working to unlock breakthrough creative that drives results.

Responsibilities

• Own UGC production from brief to delivery, managing script review, shoot planning, and post-production coordination
• Self-film platform-native content for paid and organic social campaigns across various platforms
• Direct creators and talent to ensure high-performance, authentic content
• Partner with Creative Strategy to evaluate concept viability and production feasibility
• Manage production logistics including prop sourcing, location planning, and shoot prep
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, casting, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain a high bar for creative quality and alignment with strategic objectives

Requirements

• 1–2 years of production or content creation experience, ideally in digital or social environments
• Deep fluency in UGC and social-first content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram
• Strong mobile production skills including filming, lighting, framing, and audio capture
• Experience directing and coaching creators or talent
• Excellent organization and production management skills
• Proficiency with AI tools and production software (Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, Airtable, or Google Drive preferred)
• Based in Los Angeles and available for frequent on-site shoots in Manhattan Beach and other locations
