Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new ambassadors at scale, owning the full pipeline from prospecting to activation
• Design and manage systems to support 1,000+ active ambassadors, including vendor and tooling management
• Run end-to-end campaigns from brief to execution, testing various creative formats
• Track performance and own data reporting to inform program strategy
• Provide creators with the tools and support to share their Suno creations with the world

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ambassador programs, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
• Proven track record of sourcing and scaling creator networks
• Deep understanding of UGC, creative brief writing, and influencer contracting
• Proficiency with AI tools including Claude
• Familiarity with ambassador management and tracking tools
• Strong intuition for UGC and consumer culture
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
