About the Company

Dressly is a fashion-tech business changing the industry through AI and personalized approaches. Part of the SKELAR venture builder, Dressly uses AI to analyze appearance and provide personalized clothing recommendations through its mobile application.

Responsibilities

• Search for and select UGC creators (international market, primarily USA)
• Manage the full communication cycle with creators, from initial contact and onboarding to ongoing support
• Brief creators, review content, provide feedback, and ensure quality control
• Collaborate with creative, product, and User Acquisition teams to launch and test new content formats
• Analyze collaboration effectiveness, identify growth opportunities, and optimize processes
• Participate in launching new directions, including automation and AI solutions

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, or UGC projects
• English language proficiency at B2+ level
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and responsibility
• Proactivity, creativity, and a desire to improve processes
• Basic skills in CRM systems or Excel
• Interest in the fashion industry, social media, and modern digital trends
