Creator Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and identify high-potential creators on Instagram and YouTube
• Lead outreach, build genuine relationships, and manage long-term partnerships
• Negotiate directly with creators, agencies, and MCNs to close deals
• Own campaigns from briefing through to go-live and performance review
• Track and analyse campaign KPIs including CPM, CPI, and ROAS
• Maintain and scale a structured creator database
• Work closely with Performance Marketing and Creative teams to align on strategy

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator management
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and YouTube formats and trends
• Proven experience negotiating with creators or agencies
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use metrics for decision making
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• High ownership mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with creator tools like Modash or Grin
• Background in performance marketing or mobile user acquisition
• An existing creator network
