Creator Partnerships Junior Associate

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage with talent, influencers, and celebrities on a daily basis
• Spearhead big ideas and campaigns through relationships with talent and influencers
• Fulfill all product requests to assigned Ambassadors
• Manage and update details in internal influencer databases
• Pitch new ideas for influencer programs and creative campaigns
• Stay up to date on pop culture and emerging social media trends
• Share industry and social influencer updates with cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing
• Fluency in social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook
• Strong pulse on trends and news within the social media industry
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• Passion for fashion and/or beauty
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing relationships with influencers in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries
• Experience in event or experiential marketing execution
• Proficiency in additional languages
