Creator Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of signed creators
• Build and iterate on creator bots and characters alongside talent
• Lead creative ideation on content, campaigns, and platform-native formats
• Manage execution of partnership deliverables end-to-end
• Provide ongoing platform support, training, and best-practice guidance
• Track creator performance against partnership KPIs
• Act as the internal advocate for creators by relaying feedback to product and marketing teams

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in creator partnerships, talent management, or influencer marketing
• Proven track record of managing creator relationships and executing campaigns
• Strong creative instincts and hands-on builder mentality
• Excellent project management skills
• Self-starter energy and deep understanding of the creator economy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools, content creation software, or bot/character building
