Creator Operation & Partnership Manager - CapCut

Responsibilities

• Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators and agencies in the LATAM market.
• Provide growth strategies and insights for creators based on data analysis and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to drive monetization for creators and agencies.
• Partner with content teams to improve in-app content quality and production volume.
• Identify and onboard high-quality AI creators and design long-term incentive systems to improve retention.
• Build relationships with LATAM brands and industry organizations to execute AIGC creation campaigns.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent management within short-video/livestreaming platforms or MCNs.
• Proven experience in creator recruitment, agency management, and creator monetization.
• Strong understanding of digital content ecosystems and data analytics.
• Fluency in English and experience with remote online collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe, or Alightmotion.
• An organized, structural mindset with strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• An existing network of LATAM brands, agencies, or creator communities.
• Familiarity with AI-powered image or video creation tools and access to AIGC creator resources.
