Creator Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and own Profound's creator program from the ground up, including strategy and tier definition.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with marketers, SEOs, and brand builders with authentic audiences.
• Manage 1:1 creator partnerships end-to-end, including always-on relationships and campaign activations.
• Partner with research and content teams to turn proprietary data into unique creative briefs for creators.
• Build a creator community through early product access and data briefings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Social Distribution, Content, PMM, and Comms teams.
• Own measurement frameworks to connect creator marketing to awareness, engagement, and pipeline.

Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in creator or influencer marketing, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or Martech.
• Existing network of B2B creators and influencers.
• Ability to use data and research to drive creative storytelling.
• Experience building repeatable systems, playbooks, and structured programs.
• Strong collaborative skills to work across research, PMM, and product teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing technology or AI.
• Familiarity with the AEO and SEO creator ecosystem across LinkedIn, YouTube, and newsletters.
• Proven track record of running always-on creator programs rather than one-off campaigns.
• Experience briefing creators on complex or technical topics.
