Responsibilities

• Bring the Intro brand to life on TikTok and Instagram through short-form video
• Translate brand energy into content that drives excitement and conversion
• Direct or guide on-camera talent
• Turn raw ideas into polished video content using narrative, pacing, and sound design
• Batch, schedule, and publish high-quality short-form video at a consistent cadence
• Riff on internet trends while maintaining brand voice and visual identity

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a creator or content producer for social media
• Proven track record of building an engaged following (20k+ followers) on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of storytelling and visual pacing for short-form video
• Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others
• Strong eye for detail in graphics, sound design, and editing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience producing UGC or founder-led content
• Experience building content that drives conversion
• Experience building content for brands in the startup, tech, or creator economy space
