Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for creators using tools like Modash and CreatorIQ
• Evaluate creator quality, audience authenticity, and monetization potential
• Lead the onboarding journey to convert prospective creators into active partners
• Provide performance guidance and toolkits to help creators reach revenue milestones
• Support the planning and execution of creator workshops and events
• Match newly acquired creators with high-impact brand opportunities
• Monitor cohort performance and analyze acquisition channels
• Stay updated on competitor moves and social commerce trends

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator monetization
• 2+ years of experience in influencer client services, talent management, or business development
• Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Clear understanding of the affiliate creator business
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools
• Strong understanding of social media virality, pop-culture, and trends
