Peec AI is a Berlin-based Series A startup building analytics and intelligence tools for modern SEO and growth teams. As AI reshapes how people discover information online, Peec AI helps teams track their visibility across AI search, measure performance, and uncover opportunities to grow their organic presence.

Responsibilities

• Invent new video formats for translating research and weekly AI search updates into engaging content
• Own end-to-end production including concept, script partnership, shoot, direction, editing, and publishing
• Write for the edit and plan multi-platform repurposing for shorts and different aspect ratios
• Direct on-camera talent including internal leaders, industry partners, and customers
• Optimize video packaging including titles, thumbnails, hooks, and retention mechanics
• Partner with content, product marketing, and design teams on editorial and brand visual consistency

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience producing video for a brand, studio, or creator
• Deep understanding of YouTube and shorts algorithms, packaging, and retention mechanics
• Proficiency in shooting, editing, and managing the full production pipeline
• Strong ability to pitch and develop new video formats
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate for onsite studio work five days a week
• Curiosity regarding AI, search, and SEO

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a B2B tech company with an active YouTube channel
• Background in newsrooms, sports production, or creator shops
• Motion design skills or strong brand visual language sense
• Experience directing non-actors such as executives or subject-matter experts
• Personal experience building or shaping a successful channel
