Creative Technology Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Support ad technology, tech integration tests, dynamic [DCO], and omni-channel campaign production efforts
• Contribute to large scale programmatic, social and video campaigns using HTML/JS/CSS
• Audit and define criteria for functional and non-functional deliverable requirements including API integrations and asset tracking
• Facilitate relationships with platform partners to establish development best practices
• Support strategic roadmaps for product development and QA automation tools
• Act as a super-user on new tools developed by PMG Product Teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience, including 2+ years at a Creative, AdTech, or Digital Agency
• 6+ years of experience in Digital Creative Development (front-end) or relevant ad technology
• Ability to write scalable and modular code for multi-variant testing and DCO
• Strong understanding of IAB Standards and Digital Ad Formats
• Proficiency with DCO ad serving platforms such as Google GMP, Clinch, Celtra, Innovid, Smartly, Jivox, or Bannerflow
• Working knowledge of Project Management and DevOps tools like JIRA, Airtable, or GitHub
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years working with internal and third-party APIs (REST, SOAP, JSON)
• 1+ years of Python experience
• Experience with Excel formulas for data matching and aggregation
• Experience with database systems and Website CMS tools
• Understanding of audience analytics and data factors (PII, cookies, etc.)
