Creative Studio Management Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the creative studio and manage project lifecycles from intake to delivery
• Serve as a subject matter expert on creative technology including DCO, Google Marketing Platform, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Act as the primary liaison for trafficking ad creative to media teams and publisher partners
• Manage team capacity, sprint planning, and resource allocation for internal talent and external vendors
• Review and approve creative assets to ensure compliance with client brand guidelines
• Implement and refine operational processes using tools like Airtable, Asana, and Jira
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage feedback loops for clients and internal teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative project management or studio operations
• Deep understanding of dynamic creative ad technology and digital ad trafficking
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management software (Airtable, Asana, or Jira)
• Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (Studio/CM360) and Mediaocean
• Experience mentoring staff and managing high-stakes projects in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
