Creative Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead an integrated team of writers, designers, and account managers
• Drive constant experimentation and content innovation to identify breakthrough ideas
• Develop brand and cultural narratives to establish a compelling brand identity
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to generate fresh content ideas
• Execute go-to-market plans and campaigns while staying abreast of latest trends
• Align content strategies with stakeholders for a unified approach
• Oversee influencer content planning and integration into media plans
• Approve content plans, creative layouts, monthly narratives, and assets
• Monitor and approve all asset production briefs and creative outputs
• Lead all aspects of content creation, from creator selection to on-site shoots
• Establish KPIs and objectives and provide regular measurement reporting

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of content management and strategy experience
• Robust digital background, ideally from top-tier agencies
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling Beauty brands
• Proven experience managing teams of at least 8 members
• Innate creativity with a clear strategic vision and strong attention to detail
• Exceptional influencing and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record of seeing projects through from concept to completion
• Passion for and inquisitiveness about AI and new technologies
