Creative Strategy Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative and content strategies for paid media channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
• Generate campaign ideas and creative concepts based on market research and consumer trends
• Write detailed creative briefs, including scripts, hooks, and shot lists for creators and designers
• Collaborate with internal teams to guide creative production and post-production execution
• Analyze performance metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR to optimize creative iterations
• Partner with Brand Success and design teams to align creative direction with campaign goals

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in creative strategy or performance-driven content within DTC or ecommerce
• Experience developing visual advertising concepts (video and static content)
• Proficiency with creative tools like Figma or Canva
• Experience with video editing platforms such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere
• Familiarity with project management platforms like Asana or Monday
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer trends
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
