Responsibilities

• Prioritize and drive creative production for Wizz based on product and user acquisition strategy
• Analyze performance, define action plans, and hit KPIs
• Discover new creative concepts and share best practices with other creative teams
• Lead key projects to test new tools and improve processes
• Manage and grow a network of 100+ influencers
• Source and discover top-performing content across social media platforms
• Experiment with viral marketing tactics to maximize organic and paid reach
• Develop creative briefs that align with Wizz's brand identity
• Assist with video production and editing when necessary
• Collaborate closely with Product, User Acquisition, and Creative teams
• Stay immersed in US Gen Z culture, including social media behavior, slang, and trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing in the mobile apps industry
• Proven track record of leading high-impact projects
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Deep understanding of US Gen Z culture and social media trends

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in French
