About the role
Responsibilities
- Study competitor pages, funnels, and messaging to innovate on new funnel concepts using behavioral psychology.
- Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to produce high-quality ad copy, messaging, and creative assets.
- Generate creative assets including video, image, and copy variations using AI-native production tools.
- Build and launch landing pages using internal templated tools and systems.
- Support creative strategy across all client accounts by partnering with media buyers.
- Continuously test and iterate creative assets based on real campaign performance feedback.
- Stay updated on new AI tools and workflows to improve team production efficiency.
Requirements
- Daily fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and image/video generation tools).
- A strong eye for design and the ability to art-direct AI output to a professional standard.
- A portfolio of shipped work, including live landing pages and ad creatives you personally produced.
- A genuine interest in behavioral psychology and how it influences consumer action.
- Experience building landing pages using no-code tools or page builders.
- Exposure to B2B marketing and an understanding of its unique requirements.
- Excellent written English and strong instincts for conversion-focused messaging.
- Ability to work independently and maintain a bias toward shipping deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the mechanics of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or internal tools.
- Experience working across multiple industries, specifically within the B2B sector.
Benefits
- Monthly salary of $2,500 - $3,500 (gross).
