Creative Strategist, Social Growth Platforms

Responsibilities

• Translate brand strategy and performance data into briefs for TikTok-first video, UGC, Spark Ads, and creator partnerships
• Develop monthly concepts for local markets with a structured cadence of new ideation and iterations
• Orchestrate the creative pipeline by matching briefs to internal studios, influencers, or agency partners
• Collaborate closely with editors and producers to defend hooks and ensure high-quality final execution
• Mine ad-level data (CTR, hook rate, hold rate, CVR) to identify winning creative and inform future briefs
• Drive platform-fit creative strategy for TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap
• Scout emerging platforms like Reddit to maintain a competitive creative edge

Requirements

• 5+ years in paid social creative strategy at a high-spend D2C, subscription, or performance-led brand
• Direct experience briefing and reviewing UGC, creator content, and short-form video
• Deep hands-on TikTok creative fluency, including Spark Ads and TikTok Creative Exchange
• Strong creative instinct paired with the ability to interpret performance data
• Proven track record of working hands-on with editors, producers, and creators
• Ability to steer peers across Brand and Influencer teams without direct authority

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Pinterest and Snap creative formats
• Familiarity with Motion, Smartly, or similar creative analytics tools
