Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong pipeline of creative testing across various marketing channels
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing, high-converting ad creatives
• Conduct market and competitor research to ensure creative strategies evolve with the industry
• Partner with marketing managers, media buyers, and lifecycle marketers to run growth experiments
• Deepen understanding of customer personas to better empathize with their pain points
• Develop innovative concepts to drive business growth and improve conversion volume

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a creative production environment
• Proven track record of growing conversion volume within CAC targets
• Experience developing landing pages, emails, or quiz funnels
• Proficiency in digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics and Meta Ads
• Experience using creative briefing and management tools such as Magic Brief, Motion, Foreplay, Notion, or Asana
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup environment
