About the role

About the Company

Bay FC is the first NWSL team in the Bay Area. Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends and in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer. We are building a culture of belonging and shared pride, representing the diverse communities of the Bay Area.

Responsibilities

  • Develop original creative concepts and partnership narratives connecting brand goals to Bay FC's platform
  • Build and design compelling pitch decks from deal memos and strategy briefs
  • Use data and market intelligence to surface human truths for pitches
  • Track cultural trends and the women's sports landscape to identify new opportunities
  • Translate complex sponsorship packages into clear, two-sided business stories
  • Serve as the main ideation engine for existing and new partner upsells and renewals
  • Conduct brand and prospect research to tailor pitches to specific company goals
  • Maintain and evolve the partnership sales presentation standards and asset library

Requirements

  • 4–7 years in a creative agency, brand strategy, communications planning, or integrated marketing role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic narratives and present to senior audiences
  • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint, and/or Google Slides
  • Strong instincts for brand storytelling and connecting data to creative ideas
  • Ability to work in ambiguity and produce polished work quickly
  • Collaborative, low-ego, and high-output mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Deep interest in culture, brands, sports, entertainment, media, or technology
