Responsibilities

• Conduct primary and secondary research to generate strong insights
• Synthesize research into digestible outputs for RFPs and client presentations
• Develop measurable objectives and KPIs to guide concept development
• Contribute to the development of big, brave creative ideas for experiential projects
• Develop measurement plans and identify data collection methods for capturing KPIs
• Articulate ideas in presentation decks, case studies, and messaging grids
• Apply quality control to AI-supported outputs to ensure brand fit and accuracy
• Support the account team in analyzing KPI-related data to calculate ROI/ROE

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in an advertising or marketing environment
• Experience generating ideas and strategy for brand experiences, events, or social media campaigns
• Proven copywriting skills in multiple brand voices
• Strong research and insight development capabilities
• Excellent client presentation and storytelling skills
• Ability to travel and work occasional non-traditional hours (nights and weekends)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business Administration
• Interest in or ability to Art Direct
• Interest in athletics, sports marketing, financial, or technology sectors
