Creative Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for paid acquisition, developing weekly and monthly briefs for Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels
• Translate performance data (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR) into actionable creative direction and briefs
• Manage the end-to-end creative process from initial brief through execution, working with designers, editors, and AI platforms
• Write platform-native UGC scripts and collaborate with creators and talent to ensure authenticity and optimized calls to action
• Utilize AI creative tools for video generation, copy iteration, and image tools to increase creative velocity
• Develop a systematic approach to creative testing, including hypotheses, angles, and structured experiments
• Manage the UGC and influencer creative pipeline, including sourcing, briefing, and testing creator content
• Maintain creative volume and operational excellence, including asset libraries and agency handoffs

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or growth
• Proven experience in consumer health, wellness, or DTC subscription businesses
• Strong proficiency in performance metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, and LTV:CAC
• Hands-on experience using AI creative tools to expand testing capacity and speed
• Experience managing the full UGC pipeline, from sourcing and scripting to testing at scale
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in a fast-paced environment
