Creative Solutions Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver a portfolio of creative partnerships from concept through to completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients once a partnership has been agreed
• Coordinate colleagues across commercial, editorial, and creative teams to ensure high editorial standards
• Guide projects from kick-off through to final delivery, including managing multiple workstreams
• Engage with senior stakeholders and navigate feedback to find practical solutions
• Manage diverse projects including magazine advertorials, bespoke publications, live events, and radio partnerships

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in publishing or creative campaign delivery
• Experience in luxury media, magazine publishing, creative agencies, or advertising is advantageous
• Commercial and financial acumen
• Proficiency with project-management software
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat, Apple Keynote, and Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills for leading client conversations and managing expectations
• Ability to manage projects independently from kick-off to end-of-campaign reporting
