About the Company

WPP Media is WPP's AI-driven media operating unit, bringing together media, data, and partnerships to deliver creative personalisation at scale. Creative Services is the creative offering from MM&D Content, working across agencies in WPP Media to build bridges between brands and people through tech, data, media, and gaming.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, concepting, and developing big ideas
• Work on diverse projects including films, social posts, TikTok campaigns, print ads, and billboards
• Support art directors, copywriters, and designers in turning briefs into concepts

Requirements

• Proficiency in programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, AfterEffects, or Premiere
• Experience with AI image generation (for non-copywriting roles)
• A portfolio of relevant work or personal projects (designs, social media profiles, art projects, etc.)
• Strong motivation and interest in creative agency operations
