Creative Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, manage assets, and streamline workflows for print, digital, and multimedia projects
• Manage invoices, vendor communications, and requests for corporate printed materials
• Track creative assets, equipment usage, and organize photography and project archives
• Coordinate multimedia campaigns across various departments
• Maintain shared creative workspaces and assist with Adobe design projects as needed
• Provide ongoing support to Creative Directors and designers to ensure project efficiency

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of the Catholic faith and alignment with the mission of EWTN

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
