Responsibilities

• Source and identify creative talent across production, animations, cinematography, editing, design, and other creative roles
• Review portfolios, reels, resumes, and past work to help identify strong candidates
• Conduct initial outreach, screenings, and introductory interviews
• Help organize and improve hiring processes, candidate pipelines, and recruiting systems
• Work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, skill gaps, and role requirements
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and candidate communication
• Proactively build relationships with high-quality creative talent
• Assist with writing and refining job postings and recruiting materials
• Support both freelance/contract and full-time hiring efforts

Requirements

• Strong understanding of creative industries including video production, motion design, branding, or digital design
• Strong creative judgment and ability to evaluate portfolios and reels
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to assess candidate fit beyond technical skill alone
• Experience recruiting for creative, agency, startup, or production environments preferred
• Self-directed and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
