Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the single front door for all creative requests across brands and stakeholder teams
• Triage incoming briefs for completeness, priority, and routing to the right output team
• Maintain and evolve standardized intake templates, workflows, and SLAs in Jira and Confluence
• Build and tune Jira workflows, custom fields, JQL filters, automations, and dashboards
• Surface conflicts, dependencies, and capacity risks early to prevent missed deadlines
• Maintain dashboards and reports on capacity, throughput, cycle time, and on-time delivery
• Help operationalize the shift from brand-dedicated teams to centralized output teams

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in creative production or project management
• Expert proficiency with Atlassian tools, specifically Jira and Confluence
• Strong experience with JQL, automations, and dashboard creation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage direct conversations with senior stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and process-building

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for production workflows
• Experience with portfolio-level capacity planning
• Background in home services, retail, or direct-to-consumer industries
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Shopify, or Webflow
