Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships for project delivery, acting as the primary contact for creative delivery topics.
• Manage project lifecycles including planning, scoping, budget control, risk analysis, and quality assurance.
• Prepare detailed project plans, status reports, and risk logs while managing client expectations.
• Coordinate with production and creative teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor and report on budgets, margins, and supplier costs, collaborating with Finance on invoicing.
• Coordinate resource allocation within the creative department based on project needs and skill sets.
• Manage day-to-day traffic of creative projects and proactively identify resourcing bottlenecks.
• Maintain and update resource management systems to ensure accurate team availability data.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience within an agency environment.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budget control, scoping, and risk management.
• Proven experience managing digital campaigns and diverse creative deliverables.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and MS Teams.
• Experience using resource management software.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-cultural or globally collaborative teams.
• A passion for sports and entertainment industries.
