Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Project manage creative requests from various business channels
• Work alongside peer Creative Project Managers to ensure efficient resourcing
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to clarify scope, goals, timelines, and priorities
• Translate cross-functional requests into creative executional briefs
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Provide transparency into project status for all stakeholders
• Facilitate relationships between teams by planning resources and resolving issues
• Improve and iterate on project management tools and processes

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of project management experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience working within or with creative departments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to evolving priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing projects in Wholesale or Retail
• Experience managing packaging development and processes
