Creative Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end creative production for multiple concurrent projects
• Prioritize and resource creative projects in coordination with Brand Operations
• Review creative briefs and lead project kick-offs to define goals and scope
• Develop and manage production schedules in Jira
• Support vendor management including procurement and onboarding
• Own quality control through delivery to ensure file specifications are met
• Provide project management support for the video production team
• Contribute ideas for process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in an in-house creative/marketing team or agency
• Degree in marketing, PR, finance, or a related field
• Experience with project management platforms like Jira
• Experience with design software such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with AI tools like Claude or Glean
• Familiarity with technical creative specs across media channels
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
