Creative Production Manager

Saada is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) lifestyle brand focused on advocating for a simple way of living through better basics. As one of the top 1% Shopify stores in India, the company has grown from a small garage operation to a team of over 150 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of content ideas aligned with brand vision
• Manage and mentor a team of scriptwriters, production executives, videographers, and editors
• Coordinate content calendars with marketing and brand teams
• Oversee all aspects of shoot execution including set design, styling, casting, and location planning
• Supervise post-production to ensure high-quality, polished final deliverables
• Build streamlined workflows for efficient and cost-effective content production
• Manage resources, shoot logistics, and production equipment

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in creative video production, preferably in lifestyle, fashion, or e-commerce
• Strong project and team management skills
• Working knowledge of video production equipment and post-production software like Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects
• Excellent visual storytelling sensibility
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shoots and timelines
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Marketing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with external freelancers, stylists, or production vendors
• A portfolio showcasing creative direction and execution
