Creative Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of photo and video shoots across ecom, environmental, and process
• Own production of campaign and launch deliverables, ensuring all assets are delivered on time
• Manage pre-production planning including shot lists, locations, casting, props, and budgets
• Oversee production logistics, including crews, vendors, timelines, and on-set execution
• Manage post-production workflows including editing, retouching, and final delivery
• Maintain structured asset management systems and improve production workflows
• Coordinate asset delivery across web, email, social, PR, and retail channels

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in creative production, content production, or project management
• Proven experience producing photo and video shoots from concept through delivery
• Strong project management skills using tools like Asana
• Experience coordinating external vendors such as photographers, stylists, and retouchers
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana, Frame, CaptureOne, Adobe Suite, and Figma
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a design-led or product-driven brand
• Experience managing both digital and physical production outputs
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and operate within a founder-led process
