Creative Producer

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development of creative concepts in response to client briefs
• Contribute to the writing of creative recommendations, presentations, and pitches
• Design and coordinate the creation of moodboards, storyboards, and other creative assets
• Identify and manage creative talents and partners such as directors, photographers, and motion designers
• Prepare, organize, and oversee film shoots, photo shoots, and audiovisual productions
• Manage post-production phases through to final delivery
• Ensure creative consistency throughout the project in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and agency quality standards
• Maintain a constant watch on creative trends, new formats, and audiovisual innovations

Requirements

• Significant experience in creative production, ideally in a communication, audiovisual, or event agency
• Strong ability to lead creative projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Solid mastery of audiovisual production including shoots and post-production
• Strong culture of imagery, storytelling, and brand content
• Solid project management skills including organization and priority management
• Understanding of communication and brand challenges, particularly in luxury, beauty, and premium sectors
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend creative concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Fluent English level for international projects

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Curiosity for generative AI tools like Midjourney, Firefly, or Runway
• International production experience, particularly in the United States
• Existing network of international partners and technical teams
