Creative Producer

Responsibilities

• Interpret creative briefs and lead internal brainstorming sessions to shape visual concepts
• Manage the full pre-production approval process and coordinate with external vendors
• Oversee video and photo shoots, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and storyboards
• Review vendor-submitted edits for animation, titles, and graphic elements
• Manage end-to-end approval processes and maintain organized production file libraries

Requirements

• 7+ years in account management, creative operations, or project coordination
• BA in Mass Communications, Video Production, Multimedia, Design, or related field
• Experience managing external vendors and complex feedback loops
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines
• Excellent presentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• On-set experience managing video and photo productions
• Portfolio demonstrating both video production and design work
• Experience with multi-stakeholder approval processes across regional/global teams
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, 3DS Max, DaVinci Resolve, or AI tools like Sora and Firefly
