About the role
Responsibilities
- Conceive, plan, and produce an annual calendar of public programmes aligned with exhibitions, collections, and strategic priorities
- Manage relationships with artists, speakers, and partners to ensure high-quality creative outcomes
- Coordinate end-to-end event delivery, including logistics, technical needs, and onsite execution in collaboration with Marketing and Curatorial teams
- Develop networks to enhance the student experience and expand participation among priority communities and interest groups
- Contribute to audience and engagement strategies by monitoring outcomes and integrating feedback
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in arts or creative industries management, or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in delivering innovative public arts or cultural programming from concept to evaluation
- Experience collaborating with artists and an understanding of contemporary practice and technical delivery
- Strong stakeholder management skills and active networks within the cultural sector
- Ability to work evening and weekend schedules to support live programmes
- Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
