Creative Producer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and organization of fashion photoshoots from concept to delivery.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and schedules for all productions to ensure creative excellence within financial constraints.
• Collaborate with creative directors and departmental stakeholders to ensure all tasks, meetings, and deadlines are met.
• Scout and secure shoot locations, arrange travel and accommodation, and rent necessary equipment.
• Source props, organize in-house elements, and provide detailed location and model decks.
• Manage on-set crews and ensure all legal requirements, including permits and contractor agreements, are fulfilled.
• Develop strategies to increase production efficiency and improve the quality of visual content.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Photo Shoot Producer within the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of managing complex budgets, timelines, and production schedules.
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• A balance of creative vision and exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain poised and composed in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California.
