About the Company

Fanatics Collectibles is a new company operating at the intersection of collectibles, culture, and technology. Fanatics Trading Card Game (TCG) is a new Seattle-based trading card game studio within the Fanatics Collectibles family, founded by industry veterans to build enduring franchises across tabletop, digital, community, and culture.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management for creative workstreams, maintaining master schedules, and tracking milestones
• Maintain production workflows, templates, and asset tracking systems
• Serve as the primary point of coordination between studio disciplines and downstream teams including production, product, and marketing
• Run regular production meetings, facilitating standups, milestone reviews, and cross-functional syncs
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, resource gaps, and production bottlenecks
• Develop and refine the team's use of project management and asset management tooling
• Maintain clear documentation of project status, decisions, and dependencies

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in creative production, project management, or studio operations in games or a related creative industry
• Proven track record managing complex, multi-team creative projects from initiation through delivery
• Experience coordinating across creative disciplines including art, game design, and narrative in a game development context

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in trading cards, tabletop games, or collectibles
• Background in early-stage or fast-growing studio environments
