Creative Producer - Brand

Responsibilities

• Translate brand briefs into creative concepts, scripts, visual treatments, and pitch materials
• Ensure brand concepts meet content quality standards without weakening video engagement
• Develop multiple creative approaches and levels of integration per brief
• Partner with business development and partnerships teams to create pitch-ready concepts
• Build visual mockups, narrative walkthroughs, and campaign story arcs for presentations
• Participate in brand pitch meetings as the creative representative
• Maintain a brand creative playbook defining voice and visual language
• Ensure consistency across multiple videos within a partnership arc
• Serve as the single point of creative accountability for brand integrations

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative development, advertising, branded content, or content strategy
• Strong understanding of YouTube content mechanics, pacing, hooks, and audience retention
• Ability to develop and present visual storytelling concepts clearly
• Experience operating at the intersection of creative and commercial objectives
• Ability to deliver high-quality work under compressed timelines
• Experience working with major consumer brands

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a creative agency or in-house brand studio
