Creative Producer

Responsibilities

• Develop brand integration concepts tailored to short-form and social platforms
• Translate main channel brand narratives into platform-native creative
• Own creative development for brand-related social content including campaign launches and partner amplification
• Create content supporting internal marketing initiatives such as product launches and talent announcements
• Ensure brand consistency across social content
• Partner with Brand Partnerships to align campaigns across main channel and social surfaces
• Coordinate with social and creative leads on content calendars
• Manage and maintain social-specific brand asset libraries
• Track performance of brand content and report on effectiveness
• Use performance data to iterate and improve creative approaches

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in social media creative, short-form content production, or digital brand marketing
• Experience at a creator-led media company, social-first agency, or platform preferred
• Strong understanding of short-form content mechanics across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and X
• Ability to identify and apply relevant trends while maintaining brand alignment
• Strong visual and copywriting skills with the ability to concept and produce content end-to-end
• Demonstrated experience creating branded social content that drives measurable engagement
• Familiarity with social analytics tools
• Ability to collaborate within an established team structure
